Warehouse Optimisation Project Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities

We're looking for someone with warehouse transformation experience to support our warehouse optimisation project to be implemented in parallel with our ERP project.

You will be an integral part of our digitalisation project team and interface with management on a regular basis.

This is a 6-month contract role with opportunity to convert to a full-time role.

Scope of responsibilities

- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of the warehouse optimisation project in parallel with ERP implementation

- The scope of warehouse optimisation project includes:

o Improving layout (space, racks, bins etc.)

o Streamlining operations (workflow, part placement etc.)

o Leveraging technology for productivity (QR scanner, label printer, graphical user interface(s), sensors, tools etc.)

- Track project progress, prepare reports, and update management on risks, issues, and milestones

- Support change management by facilitating adoption of new systems, processes and technologies

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operations, transformation, or optimisation projects

- Background (education or work experience) in engineering, supply chain or a relevant technical domain preferred

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced project environment

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
