warehouse operations supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehousing, shipping, and receiving activities.

• Deploy, train, and mentor warehouse staff to meet operational KPIs.

• Coordinate shipments and liaise with internal teams and external transport partners.

• Uphold strict safety, housekeeping (5S), and quality standards.

• Perform inventory checks and ensure shipment accuracy.

• Generate daily operational reports and maintain essential documentation.

• Troubleshoot issues and implement practical process improvements.

• Manage team performance, providing guidance and corrective action when needed.

Looking For

• Degree with 2-4 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or equivalent.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

• Strong operational mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP experience is a strong advantage.

• Customer-oriented, independent, and willing to work overtime as needed.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in conducting training to warehouse storekeeper

• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or ESD-sensitive environments.

• Knowledge of shipping documentation (AWB, Incoterms) or EDI systems.
