Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Ground Supervisor based in Changi. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations within the warehouse, coordinating teams to ensure smooth workflow, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Additional responsibilities include monitoring operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, optimizing resource allocation, and addressing any operational challenges that may arise to meet business objectives.

We are looking for someone who has

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, guide, and motivate a team effectively
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, ensuring smooth execution of warehouse workflows
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess operational processes and implement improvements
• Strong Communication abilities for clear interaction with team members, stakeholders, clients and management
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Experience in logistics or a related field and familiarity with warehousing practices are advantageous
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
• Problem solving skills and able to identify and resolve problems that arises from the ground
• Knowledgeable in basic computer functions such as Microsoft Office / Google Suite
• Experience in supply-chain, logistics and/or eCommerce fulfillment is a plus
