WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description

• Perform packing and packaging of products according to requirements.
• Read and check packing lists, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
• Calculate cargo dimensions, volume, and measurements for shipments.
• Monitor packaging material stock and place orders when needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for daily operations.
• Maintain records and reports using computer systems.
• Operate forklift for loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate and read documents in English.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
• Experience in packing, packaging, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Good mathematical skills, especially for cargo dimension calculations.
• Knowledge of ordering and inventory control processes.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Valid forklift licence is required.
