Warehouse Operations Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

. Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities.

. Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.

. Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.

. Manage and support warehouse assistants ensuring they are trained and adhering to company policies.

. Plan warehouse operations.

. Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count.

. Attending customer KPI meetings.

. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

. Candidates with 3PL background and possess a forklift license will be advantageous.

. Minimum 3 years in warehousing & supervisory experience.

. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

. Ability to communicate effectively with operations teams and clients.

. Excellent in managing clients expectations.

. Able to commence immediately or on short notice is preferred.

. Comfortable for working additional hours (OT), occasional shift flexibility needed.

. Able to work on rotating night shift.

Work Arrangement: 5.5 days
