Warehouse Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an operational Warehouse Executive to manage floor supervisors, oversee logistics workflows, and optimize inventory data at Jurong Fishery Port.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including driver loading schedules to ensure timely dispatch and inventory management
• Monitor and verify accuracy of Warehouse Management System (WMS) data to maintain reliable inventory records
• Generate detailed inventory reports to support operational decision-making and stock control
• Supervise shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity of warehouse activities
• Lead and coordinate warehouse pickers and logistics staff to achieve daily productivity targets and meet port deadlines
• Apply strong MS Excel skills to analyze data and support warehouse reporting functions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of warehouse supervisory/operations experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and WMS platforms.
• Capability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
