WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal departments for smooth operations.

• Monitor warehouse workflow and improve efficiency and safety.

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.

• Handle warehouse equipment and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

• Able to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift - if required).

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, physically fit to handle warehouse tasks.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel/Inventory system).
