Provide daily operational support to ensure smooth customer logistics activities.
Monitor and coordinate trucking schedules to guarantee timely container deliveries between depots and free trade zones.
Collaborate with freight partners and third-party logistics teams for efficient cargo handling, booking, and container release.
Liaise with customs declarants and port officials to facilitate the completion of all necessary documentation and compliance procedures for cargo movement.
Update inventory systems and assist the warehouse supervisor with inventory control, ensuring accurate stock in and out records.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher education in any discipline.
Strong analytical thinking and clear written communication abilities.
Experience in logistics operations management within 3PL, trucking, distribution, or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
