Warehouse Operations and Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery route, arrange transportation and delivery schedules
• Check customers invoices (before and after delivery)
• Issue GRN/Goods returned document
• Plan storage layout and organization
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure safety and operational procedures
• Work with warehouse staff to improve efficiency
• Ensure drivers are presentable
• Ensure trucks are well maintained and in good condition
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Improve workflow and delivery timelines
• Class 3 or/and 4 licence is preferable
