Warehouse Logistics ($2900 - $3500)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and stock records.
- Prepare operational reports and update inventory systems.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for smooth delivery and dispatch operations.
- Schedule shipments and ensure timely distribution.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Possess at least a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Operational/Logistics Management or equivalent
- Preferably a year of experience in Logistics industry
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Have initiative and willingness to learn and grow
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
- Requires forklift license
