Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: UP $5500 - $6500 + AWS
• 6 Working Days Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Your Responsibilities: -

. Design and scale end-to-end e-commerce logistics solutions, including fulfilment, inventory management, last-mile delivery, and returns handling.

. Develop strategies to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround orders, including peak-season demand planning.

. Provide strategic guidance to management on systems, processes, and partnership development to strengthen the overall logistics framework.

. Integrate operational workflows with e-commerce platforms, WMS/TMS/ERP systems, and tracking tools to ensure seamless connectivity.

. Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking/packing, and dispatch activities.

. Ensure high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with SOPs, ISO requirements, and safety standards.

You will need: -

. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
. At least 7-10 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, including 3-5 years specifically in e-commerce logistics or fulfilment.
. Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) and hands-on experience with system integrations involving WMS, TMS, and ERP solutions.
. Knowledge of ISO, WSH, GDP/GMP, or other regulatory and compliance standards is an added advantage.
