Warehouse Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Oversee daily inbound (receiving) and outbound (pick, pack, ship) operations to ensure 100% order fulfillment accuracy
• Ensure all orders meet Service Level Agreements
• Manage labor scheduling to handle peak seasons (e.g., 11.11, 12.12 sales) effectively.
• Accountability for high-SKU inventory integrity using the Warehouse Management System
• Manage the Returns (RMA) process efficiently, ensuring returned goods are inspected, graded, and restocked or disposed of promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement using 5S and Lean methodology to reduce packing time and material wastage
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and security of goods.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Singapore Operations and HQ in China regarding stock replenishment and product issues.
• Prepare weekly inventory and sales performance reports for HQ review.
• Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Specific experience in E-commerce / B2C Fulfillment / FMCG is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP
• Familiarity with Singapore import/export documentation and last-mile logistic
