Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, handling, packing, and shipping activities.
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, including material handlers and admin personnel, to maintain high performance and accuracy.
- Optimize resource utilization, including manpower and warehouse space, to support operational efficiency
- Establish and enforce warehouse policies, safety standards, and compliance with trade, customs, and ISO regulations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and annual physical inventory exercises.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, system implementation, and use of Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support EHS initiatives, risk assessments, and proper handling of controlled materials while leading special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in warehousing
- Manufacturing Industry experience
