Warehouse Manager (Logistics MNC) - East - WCDT

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and system updates according to WI and SOP.

• Plan and optimize warehouse space, manpower, and equipment usage based on volume forecasts.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to meet targets.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and proper storage.

• Manage warehouse consumables, equipment maintenance, and material handling readiness.

• Ensure workplace safety and high housekeeping standards (5S).

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff support skill development and performance reviews.

• Review and update SOPs drive initiatives to improve efficiency, workflow, and service quality.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
