About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics (Supply Chain & Warehousing)Manager / Senior Manager to oversee our logistics and warehousing operations,supporting the end-to-end supply chain of the Gain City group of companies. Inthis role, you will be responsible for managing warehousing, logistics anddelivery operations to ensure high efficiency, productivity and reliability.You will lead continuous process improvements, optimise resource allocation anddrive initiatives that enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and warehousing operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control and delivery coordination
• Lead and manage the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operational execution and productivity
• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and customer service standards
• Monitor KPIs to assess operational performance, identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with procurement, customer service, retail and finance teams to ensure operational alignment
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure service reliability
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems and logistics automation tools
• Proven track record in managing logistics operations and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with 3PL management, fleet operations and delivery planning
• Experience with automated warehouse systems, automated warehouse operations and error handling
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
