warehouse manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, sorting, packaging, and shipping processes.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
• Supervise and lead warehouse and transportation staff, monitor productivity, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational efficiency for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy and urgency.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse and transportation management is a must.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and develop existing team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
