Warehouse Logistics Operations Manager

Salary: up to $4,500
Work Days: 5 Days (Hybrid ½ day Saturday WFH)
Work Location: Boon Lay

Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound to outbound).
. Ensure timely, accurate fulfilment across e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee & etc).
. Resolve client issues and ensure service excellence.
. Lead client onboarding (SOPs, WMS setup, process alignment).
. Drive productivity, process improvements, and cost optimisation.
. Track KPIs (turnaround time, accuracy, inventory, team performance).
. Lead and manage warehouse teams, including manpower planning.
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or equivalent
. Experience in warehouse operations / eCommerce fulfillment
. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
. KPI-driven, analytical, and hands-on
. Good communication and problem-solving skills
. Familiar with WMS/logistics systems
. Omni-channel experience is a plus
