Job Description:

Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packaging, and dispatch workflows to meet daily dispatch deadlines and service level agreements.
Lead regular cycle counts, reconcile physical stock with system records, and investigate discrepancies.
Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and local couriers for daily pickups, customs documentations, and schedule adherence.
Identify bottlenecks in warehouse layout or handling flows to improve turnaround time and reduce shrinkage.
Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancy.
Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse.

Our requirements

Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant experience in warehousing/logistics is required.
Forklift license will be an added advantage.
Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Words. Excel and Outlook).
Strong knowledge of warehouse function and logistics management system.
Strong problem-solving skills under tight dispatch windows and clear, proactive communication across shifts.
Be able to work independently as well as a team member.
