Job Description

Responsibilities

Receive, check, and store incoming raw materials, components, packaging materials, and other supplies.
Arrange and organise warehouse inventory to ensure proper storage, stock identification, and efficient space utilisation.
Prepare and issue materials to the Production Department according to production requirements.
Receive, inspect, label, and properly store raw materials and finished goods.
Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery or collection.
Coordinate deliveries, collections, loading, and unloading activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records for stock receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
Assist with regular stock counts and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages.
Prepare and maintain delivery orders, packing lists, and other warehouse documentation.
Operate an electric stacker to load, unload, move, lift, and stack raw materials and finished goods safely, subject to proper training and company authorisation.
Conduct pre-use equipment checks and report any equipment defects or unsafe conditions.
Comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures when operating warehouse equipment and handling materials.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and housekeeping standards.
Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Nitec or Higher Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Familiarity with inventory control, warehouse documentation is an advantage.
Trained and authorised by the company to operate an electric stacker, in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods when required.
Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to support daily warehouse operations and coordinate with production and other departments.
