Responsibilities:
- Manage import operations from Japan to the Singapore warehouse, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
- Coordinate outbound shipment operations from Singapore to various Asian markets
- Oversee warehouse inventory control, including stock accuracy and movement tracking
- Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales and inventory reports to support business decisions
Requirements:
- Experience in import and export operations is required
- Experience in warehouse and inventory management is required
- Hands-on experience across end-to-end logistics operations is required
- Proficiency in Japanese language at JLPT N2 level or above for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Experience in sales analysis or inventory data analysis is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders
