Position Summary:
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, organizing storage, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, handling manpower planning, seeking overtime approvals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The Executive will also handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry into the in-house system for all inventory movements.
- Conduct stock take and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
- Inspect incoming goods for damages and discrepancies and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
- Coordinate and plan outbound deliveries
- Coordinate damage stocks and repacking procedures as per SOP.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Preparing reports on warehouse performance, damages, and stock levels.
- Handle stock write-offs, expired/damaged goods management with proper documentation and photographic evidence.
- Handle manpower planning, task assignment, and ensure manpower adequacy for daily operations.
- Cover Driver's role if needed.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management.
Requirements

- Able to lift heavy items when necessary.
- Able to work independently and manage a small team effectively under pressure.
