Warehouse Executive

Job Description:

• Receive, unload, count and stock physical inventory in the warehouse

• Pick and pack items accurately according to the Delivery order form and specified packing guidelines

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory spaces and workstation neat, including sweeping and vacuuming

• Organize the warehouse and work area, tag stocks and ensure orderliness at all times

• Perform bi-annually stock takes on all products in the warehouse

• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock align with the inventory management system and record all stock movements diligently

Our Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing/logistics, ideally with direct exposure to the construction sector

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel and Outlook)

• Immediate availability or the ability to start on short notice is a strong advantage
