Load Optimization: Ensure trucks are loaded effectively to balance weight (beverages are heavy!) and protect fragile cargo during transit.
Scalability Planning: Manage seasonal demand spikes (e.g., festive seasons, summer holidays) by adjusting manpower and temporary storage.
WMS Oversight: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track SKU-level data, ensuring real-time visibility for the sales team regarding In-Stock availability.
Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a food-grade clean warehouse environment in compliance with local food safety standards.
