Inventory Control: Monitor shelf life and ensure the proper handling of perishable materials. Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that the issuing team is issuing parts in accordance with established policies and procedures
Distribution and Allocation: Coordinate the distribution of materials to various departments or production areas. Ensure timely allocation of materials to meet production schedules. Implement efficient distribution strategies to reduce lead times
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all material transactions, including receipts and issues. Generate reports on material usage, inventory levels.
Participate in all appropriate stock taking, daily stock picking for workshop or transfer orders and stock updating
To engage in any other ad-hoc activities requested by Warehouse Supervisor or his delegate
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies
Requirements:
Min GCE N / O Level or equivalent
Min 3 years related working experience
Independent, able to work under minimal supervision
Process a valid Forklift license
Knowledge in ERP/Warehouse Management System is an advantage
