Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Coordinator

• Location: West

• 5.5 Alternate Saturday

• 2 shift - 830am-530pm 1030am-1230pm

• Able to support shift works & OT standby duty

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Assistant

• Carry out daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching of goods

• Support loading and unloading operations, including container stuffing and unstuffing

• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks, stackers, VNA equipment and forklifts

• Ensure goods are handled, stored and moved safely within the warehouse

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse premises

• Assist in stock handling and basic inventory tasks

• Support other operational duties assigned by supervisors

Warehouse Coordinator

• Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the facility

• Monitor receiving and dispatch activities and ensure proper documentation

• Liaise with warehouse team members to support daily operations

• Assist with inventory tracking and operational reporting

• Coordinate manpower and operational schedules when required

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards

• Support operational planning and other administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
