Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities & duties

. Receive, verify and store incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

. Pick & issue materials to Production according to requirements.

. Pick, pack, stage and load goods for customer deliveries and stock transfers.

. Support cycle counts and month-end stock take.

. Maintain warehouse and cold-room housekeeping, organisation.

. Support loading/unloading container, unloading materials and beans transfer.

. Update inventory transaction into system

. Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

. Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods safely.

. Able to follow work instructions and maintain accurate stock records.

. Reliable attendance, punctuality and a responsible attitude towards assigned duties.

. Able to work independently and cooperate with warehouse and production teams.

. Willingly work in chilled or cold-storage areas when required.

. Basic literacy and numeracy for checking item descriptions, quantities and stock documents.

. Warehouse experience in food manufacturing or cold-chain operations preferred.

. Valid forklift licence preferred.

. Able to work the required Monday - Saturday schedule.
