Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking for suitable candidates to oversee and manages the company's end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers. This role involves coordinating transportation, managing inventory and resolving issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Management: Planning, coordinating, and managing the transportation and distribution of goods.

Inventory & Warehouse Management: Overseeing inventory levels, managing storage and distribution activities and ensuring accurate stock control and reporting.

Order Fulfilment: Coordinating the full order cycle, from order processing to final delivery to ensure customer requirements are met within deadlines.

Process Optimization: Monitoring and analysing logistics performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: A minimum of GCE O Level

Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with shipping software like TradeNet are beneficial.

Physical built: Strong, able to move heavy objects up to 20 kgs around.

Candidates should be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Salary range: 1,800 to $2,000
