Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing data center warehouse assets, including inbound and outbound inventory handling.
2. Maintain accurate asset records, ensure timely updates of stock data, and support audit requirements.
3. Handle basic hardware equipment (e.g. servers, network devices) - asset tagging, inspection, and reporting.
4. Coordinate with internal teams on asset movement, delivery, and return processes.
5. Support the asset manager in daily warehouse operations and documentation.
6. Participate in 24/7 shift rotation and on-call support schedule as required.
7. Participate in continuous learning and skill development related to IT hardware and asset management.

Basic Job Requirement:

1. Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
2. Open to fresh graduates candidates without a degree but with strong work ethic and potential are also encouraged to apply.
3. Diverse educational backgrounds are welcome - IT-related majors are preferred.
4. Must have Chinese Language Proficiency
