About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management and a safe, organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or loss
- Assist in order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing and shipping
- Maintain proper inventory control by organizing and storing items in designated locations
- Monitor stock levels and carry out timely stock replenishment
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Support the team with other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- No formal education required - on job training will be provided
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage (but not required)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a positive working attitude
