Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming goods, check quantities and condition against delivery orders/invoices.
- Report discrepancies or damages to the line manager.
Storage & Inventory Control
- Store goods in designated locations in a safe and orderly manner.
- Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records.
Order Processing
- Pick, pack, and label goods according to order requirements.
- Prepare items for delivery/collection in a timely manner.
Dispatch & Delivery Support
- Assist in loading/unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Liaise with logistics partners when required.
Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and report hazards immediately.
General Support
- Assist other Shop duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level / High School equivalent education or relevant experience.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move goods up to 20 kg.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00, 1 hour lunch break, and
- One Sunday morning each month 9:00 to 13:00
- Employee is expected to work overtime together with the Shop team for the busy periods during Jewish festivals such as Passover and Jewish New Year etc.
