Warehouse Assistant

• Main Job scope helping in warehouse daily operation but needs to cover Lorry attendance scope when they're on leave /Medical leave.

- Follow instruction from your immediate superior.

- Handle day to day operations in customer order entries and delivery arrangements to customer.

- Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.

- Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels.

- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

- Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

- Load and unload steel drums from truck, trailers and warehouse when required.

You needs to support night shift from 16th to 30/31st.
