Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking an organized, physically fit, and dependable Warehouse Assistant to join the Saint-Gobain Singapore team. This role requires efficient, safe, and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods and materials.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading/unloading trucks,picking/packing orders, maintaining inventory records, and keeping the warehouse tidy.

Responsibilities
Receiving, inspecting and loading/unloading incoming and outgoing goods and materials.

Accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders as per customer requirements.

Maintain handling and storage standards to avoid damage and ensure compliance with regulations.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.

Adhering to all Health, Safety and Quality standards and Procedures.

Organise and store inventory in the proper location using forklifts.

Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

Assist with inventory control, ensuring proper storage and accurate logging of goods.

Perform weekly cycle stock counts for inventory.

Requirements
Working experience in the warehouse environment preferred.

At least 2 years experience with forklift license.

Able to read pick lists and safety signs.

Able to work independently and is a good team player.

Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
