Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 9 am - 6 pm Sat 9 am - 1 pm)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

• Perform order picking and packaging tasks accurately and efficiently
• Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or loss
• Maintain inventory control by organizing and storing items in designated areas
• Assist in order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor stock levels and perform stock replenishment activities
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving heavy items up to 25KG
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packaging
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Class 3 license or forklift license is an added advantage.
