Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our beauty distribution operations. You will be handling skincare, makeup, fragrance and FMCG, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check and store incoming beauty products
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for retail stores, e-commerce and events
- Ensure proper handling of fragile items (e.g. glass bottles, cosmetics)
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory updates
- Monitor product conditions and report any damages or discrepancies
- Keep warehouse clean, organized and compliant with safety standards
- Assist in stock takes and inventory audits
- Support loading and unloading of goods
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Responsible, detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working with small, fragile and high-value items
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Additional Advantage
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: SGD 2,000 - 2,500 (commensurate with experience)
