Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods against delivery documents
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders
• Ensure proper storage of goods following safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counting
• Load and unload goods safely using appropriate equipment
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor
• Follow workplace safety and operational procedures at all times
• Assist with other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School / N-Level / O-Level or equivalent
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred (freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good attitude and reliability
