Warehouse Assistant (full time AWS / contract Bonus)

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily logistics operations at the distribution centre, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe handling of goods. The role is responsible for receiving, put-away, picking (when required), staging, and despatching of inventory in accordance with Warehouse SOPs. The Warehouse Assistant also operates material-handling equipment such as forklift and reach truck to support efficient warehouse flow. Key Responsibilities

. Perform receiving, checking, sorting, and put-away of incoming goods.
. When required, conduct order picking, packing, staging, and loading activities according to outbound schedules.
. Operate forklift and reach truck safely and efficiently to support warehouse movement of pallets.
. Perform stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
. Adhere to warehouse operating procedures, housekeeping standards, and safety regulations.
. Support cold-chain storage operations, including handling temperature-sensitive goods and maintaining product integrity.
. Assist in any ad-hoc duties within the warehouse as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
. Forklift License
. Advantageous if trained in operating Reach Truck
. Preferably 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations (training will be provided for entry-level).
. Familiarity with cold-chain warehouse environments is an advantage.
. Physically fit and able to handle warehouse operational duties.
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and safety awareness.
. Able to perform shift work, weekends, or public holidays when required.
. Team player with good work attitude and willingness to learn.

Working hours: 5 days per week (including PH and weekends) 7am - 4:33pm / 8am - 5:30pm / 8:30am - 6:03pm

Salary:
1/2 years Contract: $2080 - $2185 per month (basic) + $110 per month (Location allowance) + $25 per month (Flexi Benefits) + Completion Bonus

Full Time: $2080 - $2185 per month (basic) + $174 - $183 per month (AWS allowance) + $110 per month (Location allowance) + $25 per month (Flexi Benefits) + VB
