Warehouse Assistant / Executive

Job Description

. Handle day-to-day operations of warehouse.

. Competency in accurate data entry in essential.

. Order materials and consumables as required for warehouse.

. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

. Perform yearly stock counts and report on stock levels.

. Oversee logistics arrangements and coordinate all customers orders for deliveries.

. Receiving/ transferring/ checking and storing incoming goods.

. Record and investigate internal customer feedback and implement corrective and preventive measures.

. Use initiative to follow up and resolve operational problems where is waste and inefficiency.

. Ensure accuracy of inventory, correct location of stock and maintenance of proper warehouse documents.

. Maintain and ensure all warehouse equipment is in working condition.

. Ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety.

Requirement

. Min 3 years working experience in heavy equipment industry.

. Able to work independently.

. Possess class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
