Job Description

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Working Location: Jurong or Changi (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

Job Responsibilities

Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Job Requirements

Possess a good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
Forklift License preferred.
