Responsibilities
- Handle fresh goods carefully to prevent damage during processing and packing
- Inspect fresh goods for quality and freshness to ensure only suitable products are packed
- Sort and pack fresh goods accurately to maintain product standards and support inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure smooth goods flow and accurate inventory counts
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a forklift license to assist with material handling tasks (preferred, not essential)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods to perform packing and inspection duties
- Ability to work effectively in a cold room environment to handle temperature-sensitive goods
- Keen visual attention to detail for quality inspection
