About the Role
At Da Paolo Group, we take pride in the quality of our food and the care behind everything we do. We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations.
This is a stable, weekday role with consistent working hours, suited for someone who values structure, responsibility, and long-term employment.
You will be working with food products and kitchen equipment, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and inventory is handled with care and organisation.
Location & Working Hours
Pasir Panjang, Singapore
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to picking lists
- Handle, load, and unload goods (up to 25kg)
- Receive, check, and store incoming stock properly
- Conduct weekly and month-end inventory stock counts
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the warehouse
- Perform data entry and basic inventory tracking using Google Sheets
- Support general warehouse operations and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing roles
- Physically able to handle and move goods (up to 25kg)
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- Able to accurately identify products based on labels and packaging
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working on tasks individually when required
- Responsible, reliable, and takes ownership of work
- Team player with good communication skills
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in order fulfilment or delivery preparation is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and well-organised
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
