Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse operations, inventory handling, and delivery coordination to hospitals.

The successful candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.

Training will be provided. Prior medical device experience is preferred, but candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Clean and organized working environment within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

. Prepare and pack surgical instruments and implants for hospital procedures
. Coordinate deliveries and collections to hospitals and customers
. Assist with deliveries to hospitals and customers when required
. Receive, inspect and store incoming goods
. Record stock movements and goods received in the inventory system
. Perform stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
. Track loan equipment issued to hospitals and ensure proper return
. Coordinate shipment of instruments for repair and maintenance
. Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned

This role supports time-sensitive hospital surgical procedures. Reliability and consistent attendance are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, ITE Certificate or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse or logistics experience preferred (training provided for entry-level candidates)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong attention to detail due to the handling of surgical instruments and medical devices
• Reliable with consistent attendance
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including early mornings or weekends when surgery schedules require
