Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm

Jobscope:

Review batch-making schedules in advance and support daily batch production operations.
Set up production equipment according to standard operating procedures and Batch Production Records.
Perform equipment cleaning and sanitisation in accordance with established procedures.
Receive and verify raw materials against Batch Production Records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Operate production equipment and carry out raw-material additions according to production instructions.
Perform equipment completion and shutdown procedures after production.
Carry out basic equipment maintenance and first-level troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare finished products for collection and transfer to the warehouse.
Update and maintain production batch-making records accurately.
Prepare hazardous and general waste for proper disposal in accordance with safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, organised, and tidy work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
