Warehouse Assistant | 15/hr| 2 - 3 days per week | 8 hrs/ day

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This role is suitable for candidates who are able to commit 2 to 3 days per week and enjoy working in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties

• Ensure products are accurately labelled and stored in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, prepare, and verify materials based on production material request slips.
• Perform sub-inventory transfers of finished goods from production area to warehouse storage locations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards.
• Comply with workplace safety requirements and company policies at all times.

Additional Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer collection.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
• Support monthly stock count activities.
• Assist with shipment preparation and warehouse documentation when required.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to commit 2 to 3 working days per week.
• Warehouse experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Able to perform physical warehouse duties and handle goods safely.
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
