warehouse and logistic executive

Responsibilities

. Planning of warehouse storage for efficiency in both operation and capacity

. contact supplier, customer, forwarder to arrange shipment for both incoming and outgoing

. Handle daily goods issuing and receiving process in SAP

. Oversee both local and export logistics activities

. Picking and Packing while Maintaining stock location are in order

. Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods

. Generate reports, update and track movement of goods in SAP system

. Ensuring quality and safety throughout the logistics processes

. Support Operation Planner in logistics and deliveries.

Requirements

. Minimum Diploma or equivalent in logistic or relevant
. Familiar with incoterm and procedure of import, export

. Good physical condition,Physical work required and able to manually lift up to 20kg load.

. A good motivator and ability to work well with others

. Hands on attitude, attention to details and work well with deadlines

. Comfortable working in warehouse environment

. Computer literate,familiar in using SAP system and proficient in MS Word, Excel.

. Self-driven, initiative and ability to work meticulously

. Able to work independently in fast-pace environment
. willing to work overtime

. Bilingual in English and Chinese because need liaise with China HQ
