Job Description

  • Well Established Company

  • Basic $2500 - $2700 + AWS + Variable Bonus

  • Working location: Gul Circle (Company Transport Provided)

  • Working day: Monday to Friday

  • Working hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily store administrative operations including the preparation of local purchase orders, transfer order receiving, goods receiving, generate pick list etc

  • Manage inventory control processes and stock adjustment

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of the WMS

  • Answer calls from internal parties regarding their inquiries

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails

  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
