Day shift:
- Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day-to-day issues, order planning to meet customer's shipment delivery / collection requirements.
- Picking, checking and packing of items
- Perform cycle count administration
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
- Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the supervisor
- Preferably with warehousing system experience and able to operate MHE
Monday to Friday (8am-5.45pm)
Night Shift
- Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day-to-day issues, order planning to meet customer's shipment delivery / collection requirements.
- Work hand in hand with the material handler and ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
- Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
- Assist in operational related activated activities (receiving, checking, picking, packing, etc) when necessary
- Report to the superior on any non-conformances.
Requirements - Good in Warehouse Management System
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to perform physical work
- Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers through phone calls and emails
- Experience and Qualification
- Preferably dipoma in logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning
- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
Monday to Friday, 2030 to 0615.
