Job Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, packing, and shipping.
- Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to maintain high productivity and a safe working environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and MOM guidelines.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity to improve workflow and minimize operational costs.
- Coordinate closely with the procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor operational KPIs, resolve discrepancies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
