Ward Patient Service Associate (SHIFT / AWS +PB)

Summary:

• Salary Range: $2000-$2700
• Working days: Monday to Sunday (Any 5 days)
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm / 11am to 8pm (1 day off during weekday and 1 day off during weekend)

Key Responsibilities :

. Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients

. Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges

. Perform discharging procedures for patients

. Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients

. Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
