Roles & Responsibilities
Interior Designer (Sales & Design)
- Manage assigned leads and conduct consultations to understand client needs, budgets, and lifestyle requirements to achieve sales targets.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and material selections prepare accurate quotations and proposals for client approval.
- Oversee the project from concept to completion, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure smooth handovers and technical feasibility.
- Act as the primary professional contact, ensuring high satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and ethical sales practices.
- Uphold company SOPs and represent the brand with integrity in every client interaction.
Project Manager
- Oversee renovation projects from commencement to completion
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, timeline, and budget
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
- Address site issues, variations, and client concerns promptly
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress updates
- Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and defect management
