Waitress/Waiter

We are looking for friendly and service-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to provide excellent dining service in our Chinese restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving guests efficiently, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a warm and polite manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen

• Serve food and drinks promptly according to restaurant standards

• Assist customers with menu recommendations, especially Chinese dishes and seafood items

• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness

• Handle customer requests and basic complaints professionally

• Support cashiering duties when required

• Follow food hygiene, safety, and service guidelines

• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements

• No experience required training will be provided

• Previous F&B or Chinese restaurant experience is an advantage

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and team-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Knowledge of basic English Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage
